Analysis On Driving Factors Of Water Resources Utilization And Industrial Structure Optimization Of Yancheng City

Water is the lifespring on the earth, the material basis of human beings’ survival and the social economic development, and the important guarantee of sustainable development. With population expansion and the high-speed growth, the situation of water shortage in most urban and rural regions, which are characterized as natural resourses, improper distribution, in order utilization and bad environmental protection etc, become serious gradually. And the economic growth must have the participation of "water", including the agricultural economy, industrial construction, economy, as well as the service sector. Every industry is inseparable from the water. So analysis on driving factors of water resources utilization and industrial structure optimization has become an inevitable choice of the harmonious development of man and nature, building a well-off society in an all-round way, and implement the strategy of sustainable development, and it is the important means to realize sustainable utilization of water resources. So analysis on driving factors of water resources utilization and industrial structure optimization has very important theoretical and practical significance to promote the harmonious development of regional society, economy, environment and guiding the reasonable utilization of water resources.Based on the comprehensive elaboration of water pressure, water resources carrying capacity, this dissertation elaborates the driving factors include:water resource utilization intensity of water, industrial structure, economic level, population scale, different factors have different effects on the water resource utilization.In addition, this paper also analyzes the evolution process of China’s three big industrial structure, then introduces the factor of water resources. Under the premise of the bearing capacity of water resources, this article uses LMDI model to analyze different driving factors of yancheng city, and finally puts forward suggestions on the adjustment of industrial structure.Yancheng is a typical coastal city in Jiangsu, whose economy gets a high-speed development. Also it possesses the unique geographical position., and it has positive significance to guide the analysis on driving factors of water resources utilization and industrial structure optimization in our country. In describing the natural resources of yancheng, social economy, water resources and water environment, this article emphatically discusses the utilization of water resources, and the industrial structure evolution process of yancheng. It finally uses LMDI model to finish its driving factors analysis of yancheng city. Combined with the conclusion of the three major industries development it puts forward reasonable suggestions:strengthen the primary industry, adjust the second industry, and speed up the development of the third industry, at last let the third industry gradually become the leading industry of the national economy. At the same time, in order to realize the economic development the denotative natural resource consumption from the traditional to the connotative growth changes of natural resources, yancheng should vigorously develop water-saving agriculture, reduce the unit consumption of water.
