The research of characteristics of a hydraulic pressure control valveorifice must be put into the first place. In this paper, in order to improve the hydrauliccontrol valve design methods and theories as the ultimate goal, according to thespecific requirements of the project, designed and developed a set of functionalcharacteristics of hydraulic valve port test platform. Pressure reliefvalve and the throttle opening two forms of cavitation characteristics were calculatedand analyzed.Content for hydraulic valve port performance test requirements, developed a hydraulic valve port characteristics mainly for test equipment and lift hydraulicdamping valve port openings, including mechanical systems, hydraulic systems andtest systems. The test device can achieve hydraulic valve port test by replacing themounting dimensions standardized plug and seat.Based on virtual instrument technology and Labwindows/CVI softwareplatform, a hydraulic valve port characteristic test signal test and data acquisitionsystems is developed.
