With the lack of energy, people increasingly attach importance to environmental protection. Because of, because it has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, sustainable development and security, water hydraulic technology has become the new development in the field of hydraulic transmission, and it has been a research focus of concern in the international arena. Water hydraulic electro-hydraulic drive unit is the executive device, and it will have the important significance to conduct the thorough research to the development and application of water hydraulic technology.The purpose of this project is to design a water hydraulic driving device for rotary joint, hydraulic drive device is different from the traditional ones, the new drive device use a three way reversing valve as water hydraulic cylinder control valve, and use a flat spiral spring as an energy storage element to provides the return force of reverse movement. Compared to the traditional drive forms, this kind of driving device can reduce energy consumption, reduce or even eliminate the reversing pressure jump, avoid the piston rod buckling and it has flexible installation position. After careful calculation, I design a virtual prototype of the driving device, and simulate the performance of the device through the simulation software, then come a conclusion that this device could achieve the original design requirements. The specific work is as follows:(1)Make a theoretical analysis on the new drive device to determine the significance and feasibility of the research. Carry on analysis and comparison of the traditional drive and the new model driven differences in the structure and then make the theoretical analysis and calculation on kinematics and dynamics of them to determine the advantages of new driving device;(2)According to the physico-chemical properties of water, in combination with traditional hydraulic cylinder design basis, design and calculate the structure and the specific parameters of water hydraulic cylinder, and then according to the specific requirements design the rotary driving device mechanism and determine the specific size of the parts, and ultimately determine the unit of the two part and motion connection transfer scheme of the water hydraulic drive device;(3)According to the specific parameters and the structure determination of various spare parts, use pro/E to establish a virtual prototype model of the water hydraulic electro-hydraulic drive unit, and based on the theoretical calculation and the working condition, select material of each parts of the manufacturing hydraulic driving unit, and then develop the processing technology and draw the engineering drawings;(4)Finally according to the determined virtual prototype, use ANSYS to do the finite element analysis of main stress parts of the driving device and use AMESim to do the performance simulation of the drive unit.According to the results of the finite element analysis and simulation, optimize the structure and size of main parts of the water hydraulic electro-hydraulic drive unit; According to the simulation results validate the function of the model driving device in eliminating the pressure jump, smooth movement, and ensure that the performance of the designed driving device to achieve the expected effect;...
