Quality Control Research Of The Jiujiang-Nanchang Intercity High-Speed Railway

Recently, the intercity rail and high-speed rail construction in China enjoys a continuous development, which brings economic development and solves a lot of transport problems. There are many benefits the construction of Intercity Railway. Such as shorten the running time of the city, alleviate traffic pressure. But there are still many questions existing in high-speed railways in China, such as weak legal sense, incomplete supervising systems and ancillary systems, as well as low quality of the railways that haven’t been improved for a long time, etc. At the mean time, the quality of construction is a worthy topic to discuss. This paper analyses the quality measures, control point and the application of security guarantee and project period in the process of intercity rail construction, focusing on the research on the security guarantee requirement and content of the Jiujiang-Nanchang Intercity High-speed Railway.This paper proposed the existing corruption problem on the process of inviting bids and material supply, supervision problem and the project period is not long enough for the profit sake which has a bad effect on the project quality basing on the research on the recent intercity rail construction situation. Through the study of quality control and analysis on the techniques of Jiujiang-Nanchang Intercity High-speed Railway, were analyzed, the importance of safety in construction quality construction, put forward three questions.The three problems is:project quality supervision and management still exist problems, high-speed railway construction project emergency and duration compression phenomenon is also very serious. The solutions are to avoid corruption by strengthening the people’s legal awareness; to make the government plays the main role in the supervision of project quality by improving the supervision system; to establish appropriate local codes to solve the above problems. This paper will give an expression on the essential role of construction quality management.
