Research On Constructing Quality Chain Model And Identifying Key Nodes For High-speed Rail Project

The project quality,cost and safety of high-speed rail project have been the three major subjects in the process of construction.Therefore,increasing and improving the high-speed rail project quality and safety management,as well as effectively controlling safety and quality accidents is undoubtedly an important realistic subject faced by the managers of high-speed rail industry.The main research works are presented as follows:1.Constructing project quality chain model for high-speed rail project.Based on quality chain theory,through the analysis of the formation of high-speed rail project quality,constructing corresponding project quality chain model for high-speed rail project,and combined with the author’ s practice case,improving and innovating the project quality chain model of high-speed rail project,and adding the security dimension as the fourth dimension of reference index.2.Identifying the influence factors of key nodes of high-speed rail project quality chain.Combined with railway industry norms and the corresponding standard design questionnaire,using SPSS21.0 software to conduct factor analysis and cluster analysis of influence factors of key nodes of high-speed rail project quality chain.The research shows that there are mainly five aspects affecting key nodes management of high-speed rail project quality chain,which are respectively construction personnel quality and safety quality(including personnel quality factor and safety protection factor),the process technology factor,process quality factor,site safety management and construction environment.3.Researching on key nodes identification.Adopting the risk degree index to measure key nodes,building evaluation index system for key nodes identification,choosing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction nodes of continuous beam of the Ziya River grand bridge introduced by JinBao,identifying the key nodes and putting forward management Suggestions.This paper shall provide reference basis for identifying the focus of high-speed rail project quality and safety management.
