With the development of transport undertakings, there will be an increasing number ofcross-projects, large projects being delivered cross the line (highway, railway, etc.) is often alarge amount of traffic, the construction is very difficult to break off diplomatic relations, butalso on the surrounding disturbances more sensitive, how to build a network to ensure its ownsecurity control structure is safe pay structure is needed to solve a problem. In addition, manylarge-scale cross-construction safety risk assessment projects tend to be difficult to useclassical mathematical methods to describe, it is necessary to study the safety of fuzzy controlapplied to a large cross-network projects, thus preventing weight control during theconstruction of large-scale cross-engineering of large accidents.By studying the fuzzy mathematics and its applications, combining the characteristics oflarge-scale cross-construction safety risks, fuzzy control theory based on research to develop alarge-scale cross-Construction Safety fuzzy control network. Based on large-scale crossconstruction accident causation theory, through risk identification and risk analysis, riskfactors inventory; analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for thepossibility of large-scale cross-project security risks, evaluate the severity level, obtained byRisk Matrix large cross-project construction safety risk level; based on large-scale crossconstruction accident causation theory and risk source list, based on the risk acceptancecriteria, the establishment of appropriate structures themselves and be delivered safety controlmeasures to ensure their own structures, being delivered by structures safety.Through the study of large-scale cross-Construction Safety fuzzy control network, theestablishment of large-scale cross construction accident causation model, gives a list of majorsafety risk factors crossover construction, worked out their own affordable and pay structuresare safe prevention and control measures, to form construction of a large cross-fuzzy controlnetwork security. This innovative research to fill the lack of control at home and abroad in alarge cross safety, construction safety management after having cross reference, will be thedevelopment of road transportation construction has played a huge role in promoting.
