Study On The Management Technology For Construction Machinery In Emergency Rescue

Our country has a vast territory and rich resources, but it is also one of the most serious country which is suffered by the Public Emergencies,such us natural disasters and accidents.Emergencies in our country have many types,wide range and high frequency,which have great impact on the development of our economic and social.Particularly in recent years, the frequency and intensity of incident occurred significantly more than conventional.Construction machinery have become one of the most important rescue equipment in the view of recent rescue,They have made an important contribution to rescue because of their well performance.In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue and save more lives and property, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and systematic research on construction machinery rescue activities.This study tried to probe the content for the emergency management of construction machinery,and in-depth discussed some key content by investigating on the spot and comparison,as to provide some references and recommendations for the construction of emergency rescue equipment system and mechanized rescue.The contents and innovation of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1) Defined the relevant terms for construction machinery in emergency rescue, summarizing the characteristics of emergency rescue actions and main tasks for construction machinery,as well as analyzing the demand for construction machinery in emergency rescue.(2) Summarized the context for construction machinery rescue management in detail by investigating on the spot and comparison and in-depth discussed some key content.Proposed the idea of building engineering mechanical emergency rescue team for the first time,and conducted its organizational structure and construction planning.(3) Analysis the goal of building the construction machinery rescue team, and established a rescue capability evaluation system in accordance with the goal, then briefly discussed the method for capability evaluation.(4) Discussed the principles and methods for the configuration of construction machinery according to the demand for the construction machinery’s number, quality, and structure in emergency rescue.In the same time, in-depth studied the dispatch for construction machinery in large-scale emergency,and solved the mathematical model by the use of optimization software Lingo. (5) Discussed the prototype and construction approaches of construction machinery decision support system for emergency rescue,Provided some ideas and guidance for future emergency.
