At present automobile industry of China has developing rapidly. But,the more caron the road,the worse traffic becomes.Relevant data show that the vehicle collisionaccidents are accounted for more than two-thirds of the whole of road trafficaccidents.In a traffic accident reason statistics,more than67%of the total amount ofroad traffic accident ares vehicle collision accidents, and nearly50%of traffic accidentscaused by vehicles speeding. In order to reduce the probability of collision accidentscaused by speeding car, traffic laws and regulations for different road conditions in ourcountry has been made. So in car collision accident, collision speed (collision speed inthis article refers to the vehicle speed before collision) becomes the important basis ofaccident analysis.Firstly the traditional car collision speed calculation analysis method es is studiedin this article. Typical automobile collision speed analysis method mainly includes twoparts:(1) collecting the related evidence at collision accident site;(2) establishing carcollision speed calculation model or test database to analyze the collision speed on thebasis of the relevant evidence.In order to promote the research and development of automobile collision speedcalculation method, this paper puts forward the three dimensional reconstructiontechnology with the surface image of collision car. Startly with body collisiondeformation to calculate the vehicle collision deformation and plastic strain for thefoundation, we established the car collision speed of the2D mathematical model of carcollision. Then we introduced body collision deformation of surface image threedimensional reconstruction technology when measuring body collision deformation.Using3D reconstruction technology of vehicle collision deformation measurement and2D mathematical model of vehicle collision, we improved the collision velocity analysismethod on the basis of the car crash test based on collision deformation of car body.Finally on vehicle collision deformation of surface image3D reconstructiontechnique route and related theory were studied. Through chang ’an university vehicle environmental simulation laboratory we made a certain type of minicars simulatedcollision, and the computing platform based on Matlab image3D reconstruction ofsurface deformation for the engine cover of3D reconstruction measurement. At thesame time the laser scanner finished the deformation measurement of surface of scanengine hood, to analyze scientific, feasibility and reliability of the image3Dreconstruction of surface measurement of vehicle collision deformation.
