Research On The Influence Of Urban Complex On The Development Of Urban Spatial Planning

With the quite rapid development of urban construction, urban complex as onenew ways of city’s space will be used in more and more cites. However, the old urbancomplex mostly focus on city complex building and interior functional space’s design,in despite of its effect on space planning and city space planning consideration. Itleads to some city’s questions. Therefore, it is necessary for thinking the citydisorderly space in the urban complex. In this thesis, used the core idea of thenew urbanism and proceed from the angle of city design, we study the relationshipbetween the city complex and city space planning and its effect on the developmentof city space planning. And we analysis the city complex problems in planning thelayout. Then put some suggestions on reasonable layout pattern forward. These are themain ideas:1. Combination of internal research and analysis function of the urban complex,urban space and its tissue distribution. Comparing the city complex at this stage ofdomestic and foreign research and status of development, putting forward the ills ofurban complexes occurred in urban planning at present, discussing the futuredevelopment’s trend of urban complexes, and noting that the importance of land-useefficiency of the urban complex in urban space and urban planning.2. Focus on the core concept of the use of new urbanism, mixing the urbanplanning construction of the complex, land-using in urban planning, urbanthree-dimensional concept’s design and so on.Analysis how to build a compact city.3. Specifically discussed the impact of rational planning and development ofurban complex on urban spatial planning. Such as, to achieve a reasonableneighborhood development, to create a good urban quality, to build a compact city, tocontribute to a variety of development patterns in urban space planning application,and to achieve organic growth and organizational savvy of suburban space,. At last, topromote sustainable development of urban space.4. Proposed urban complexes in urban spatial planning in layout mode to solvethe recommendations: to combine the layout and function of urban nodes citycomplex combination of function and coordination of the regional organization ofurban space, to use the "anti-planning" ideas and network layout, etc. It also describes the unique value of city complex in urban spatial planning.5. Combining the two examples of projects: Honggutan Wanda Plaza andGreenland Central Plaza of Nanchang. To analyze and explain the characteristics ofthe urban complex in the new urbanism’s idea about land-use and urban space layout,and to discuss depth positive significance of urban complex in city planning anddevelopment of urban space.
