Research On The Design Of Urbanism Of The Building Space Of "Multi Ground Floor" Complex

With the deepening of urbanization in China and the continuous growth of population in big cities,the urban central area also has high building density and high floor area ratio(FAR)and city shows a trend of becoming stereoscopic.Choosing compact and intensive way of space development is the necessity of urban construction in China.The "multi-groundfloor" complex is based on these problems.Compared with traditional buildings,the "multi-groundfloor" urban complex needs to be more connected to the outer urban space and to the building nearby.The space of the "multi-groundfloor" urban complex mix with the urban space.In the current urban development,the "multi-groundfloor" complex is becoming a new type of building,therefore it is necessary to find a design method of it.Based on the investigation of the multi-groundfloor complex of large cities in China(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hongkong),author summarizes a new type urban construction — "multi-groundfloor" urban complex which is studied in a fund support research project —and analyze its urban functional demand.This paper extract the spatial characteristics of the "multi-groundfloor" complex architecture in two aspects — space morphology and spatial characteristics.The paper put forward the concept of "urbanism" in building space.From the perspective of "urbanism",the author analyzes the special requirements of "multi groundfloor" complex for architectural design.Through investigation,we can consider that the "multi groundfloor" complex should design as urban space.The design of "multi groundfloor" complex should includes many jobs before architecture design.So this paper try to summarize the design method of "multi-groundfloor" complex in three aspect,urban design,land transfer and architecture design.In order to provide the design reference for the development of "multi ground floor" complex architecture in China.The paper is divided into four parts: The first part main about the research background,purpose and significance as well as research status in domestic and foreign.The second part starts with the space requirement of "multi groundfloor complex",and analyzes the design practice of such buildings and analyzes the characteristics of architectural space.Further talk about the reasons for the emergence of such "multi groundfloor" buildings.Also analyze of urbanism of "multi-groundfloor" complex,argue the relationship between the spatial form of "multi groundfloor" and the space urbanism.The third part argue the design method of the urbanism of multi-groundfloor.The forth part of this paper is case study of a "multi-groundfloor" complex which is buidt and run well.Through the analysis of the four parts of the discussion and investigation,this paper triesto draw conclusions: The development multi-groundfloor" is a good choise in high density and high FAR area;The "multi-groundfloor" complex embodies urbanism because of its interpenetration with urban space;the design of a urbanism "multi-groundfloor" complex should in three ways: land transfer,urban design,architecture design.The core problem is the connectivity design of "multi groundfloor" complex building space and urban space.
