| In recent years,with the development of our social economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,urban planning principles as the main purpose of "functional partition" and urban living space organization as the prototype of "neighborhood unit" have caused a series of problems.Cities began to shift from functional partition to functional mix.Based on the function study of the theory of mixed-use idea,tracing the development of urban and residential in developed countries,analysising the current domestic and mixed functional residential practice.And compared the main functions mixed mode.Complex building with the feature of type interweaving and function mingling is becoming a new model of constructing,because of its efficient use of land.City complex building compound many kinds of architectural function,this article focuses on the residential function,and includes commercial,office and other functions of the city residential complex.On the basis of research and analysis of relevant cases,I Summed up the residential complex construction status and development trends of Shenzhen,and put forward the existing problems.They are main about the balance between the independence and the relevance of functional subsystems.Try to analyze and solve the problems caused by the high degree of compound function of urban residential complex from three aspects: spatial organization,functional organization and traffic organization.Firstly,introducing the space structure and approaching metheds of space design.Secondly,analysis the function of urban residential complex system structure and the layout of the subsystem models.Finally,discuss the connection form of residential complex to city and the form of traffic organization.Taking the case of the residential complex as example,validated the theory and method described in this paper.On the basis,this paper discusses thedevelopment trend of the main functions in urban residential complex from hybrid superposition to mixed symbiosis.And explores the interactive mode of urban residential complex and urban space under the condition of high density in the future. |
