The rapid development of science and technology, the Internet era has arrived. We are already living more convenient, these huge changes to the product thanks tothe Internet brings excellent user experience. Today, the Internet more and moreperfect product features, information carrying capacity is growing, these changesbring us never expected to experience while also reducing the product’s ease of use, this design can not bring users pleasant experience. Each step of interaction design are all according to data, rational to follow indesigning interactive systems, user awareness and access to the user’s needs is thekey to successful design, but also expand the priority design【1】. Recognizing users tounderstand the needs of users, the potential demand for a precise definition of userneeds as well as the user’s tap, goal-oriented to the needs of users needs into productfeatures to meet the user ’s context goal of becoming the focus of interaction design.Analysis of user research and user needs become the undisputed potential corporatefocus of the study.KANO model needs into: excitement needs (beyond the user’s desired productor experience); expected demand (users expect to get inside the product orexperience); basic needs (to solve the most basic features of user needs)【2】.Requirements are excited about the potential demand, which the user is not able tocompletely clear perception and the use of language to describe, but once they arepresented to the user to obtain and often can be recognized and accepted by the user, while the demand for basic needs and expectations belong to the dominant demandthis can be clearly perceived needs of users and the use of language to describe. If designers and researchers can explore the potential user needs and translatingthem into the functional needs of potential users demand for the product will be ableto give the product a strong vitality, and enhance user stickiness and improvecustomer satisfaction, in fierce competition obtained an absolute advantage. In this paper, a user-centric, interactive design features for in-depth study of thetarget user group, based on the user’s knowledge, tried to explore mining and meetthe needs of potential users of the method and principles for the design of a good userexperience to help.
