With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standard and aesthetic concept are improving day by day,and the public's requirements on the humanized design and comfort of subway trains for public transportation tools are also increasing.Subway is an indispensable part of modern urban life and economy.The optimization of subway train interior design can not only expand its main function of transportation,but also help to show the charm of the city and bring residents high-quality riding experience.Due to the abstract user behavior information and complex interior environment,it is necessary to keep up with the changes of The Times,meet the needs of people,it base on the situation of the environment region,and rationally use the interactive relationship to design the subway train.There are some significant problems to be solved about how to carry out the relevant design of subway car.This research is firstly a theoretical model research,which mainly includes three concepts: contextual construction related concepts,key functional components in subway vehicles,and user research.The theory is used as the basis of field research and design practice,and then the application of specific situational models to explore the design needs in different contexts is carried out.Secondly,it sorts out and discusses the basic theory of situation and the basic framework of product design,including the summary of the design function,material,structure and characteristics of key functional parts in the subway car,and introduces the situational thinking into the design of key functional parts in the subway car.Through the sociology and psychology interdisciplinary content,the user knowledge,related situational elements and dynamic interactions involved in the field are qualitatively studied.Through the cluster analysis of the different behaviors of people in different car environments,the relevant influencing factors are extracted and classified,and the psychological and physiological needs of different specific situation groups are extracted according to the factors.Then use the passenger information obtained from the real situation to construct the virtual situation,describe the user needs in the product design through the situation story,and provide scientific data support for discussing the interaction of the interior environment-passenger-key function design.The main research process is field research,data analysis and situational construction design.It requires the author to repeatedly split the people's riding process,and deepen the understanding of people's behavior in the environment and trigger the innovation of cognition and thinking mode.Finally,this study takes the design of key functional parts in the subway car as a practical case,integrates the relevant situational elements in detail and constructs the situation of the interior environment,and outputs the design plan to summarize the design method and process of the key functional parts in the subway car based on the situation..The verification of theory and practice shows that the design strategy based on the situation construction theory tries to meet the passenger needs of different environments,and flexibly set the key functions in the space according to the passenger behavior to improve the comfort and privacy of the subway internal environment,which will greatly promote The development of the internal design of the subway.As a basic transportation facility for the whole people,the subway train has its positive internal design and is of great significance to the modernization of China.
