The Study On The Design Of Children's Playground In City Park

In this paper,starting from the children's play behavior psychology,summarized the Children behavior's classification in children's playground of city park,Study from the space of children's playground in city park,is divided into the single space and the combination of space,and discoursed the composition of the playground space from space form,function composition,landscape elements and games facilities,and analysed children's behavior and spatial sequence in different spaces.Finally, summarized the space pattern and the play space sequence's design methods and applied them to practice cases.First of all,the papers for current situation about children's playground in city park and the problems about prevailing concepts and ideas during the design process, Researched from children's play behavior,Children behavior in playground is divided into dynamic and static behavior,and dynamic behavior of which also include "Alone play","Interactive play" and "Challenging play".The study of children's play behavior was a basic work for explore the children's playground design.Secondlly,The thesis for the type of playground space is divided into the single space and the combination of space,and respective discoursed the composition of the playground space,and then summarized the play space sequence's design methods of the combination of space,constantly trying to understand the characteristics of children's play to explore the process of creating a children's play space.Thirdly,researched from some cases such as Kaminoyama children's park, "Scientific Exploration Park" of Song Qingling Children Museum,the North playground of Beijing Olympic Forest Park,the Storm Fort Street playground in Stuttgart,Germany,to analysed space form,function composition,landscape elements and games facilities about single space's composition,and summarized a design theory in single space.At the same time,researched form others cases such as Happy Valley in Beijing,Shijingshan Amusement Park in Beijing,the South playground of Beijing Olympic Forest Park,to analysed space form,function composition,landscape elements,games facilities and the play space sequence about combination space's composition,and summarized a design methods in combination space.Finally,applied the Space Pattern of children's playground and the design methods of play space sequence to the design process about the children's playground in Yan'an Northwest mountain Park,combined with the design practice overall park space,to explored scientific and effective design principles and rules which to layout the children's playground in the park,and construction the suitable playground for children's play behavior psychology.
