Qingdao Economic And Technical Development Zone Coastal Iandscape Research

The waterfront urban plan is attracting more attention with changes of times andthe approval of “the blue marine economy” strategy of National Twelfth Five-YearPlan. Waterfront area has become an important project of urban development for itssuperior geography position and natural conditions. The development and plan ofwaterfront landscape is conducive to perfecting urban development，prompting urbanimage and driving economic growth；the construction of the near water, relaxing andentertaining public space enriches citizen’s culture life; the featured waterfrontlandscape has successfully attracted distant visitors and promoted the development ofurban tourism.Qingdao economic and technological development zone is one of the first costaleconomic and technological development zones approved by the State Council.Through the twenty years since its founding, it has now become a new area with goodinvestment environment, export-oriented economy, rapid economic growth from awild seaside fishing village. With waterfront landscape of economic and technologicaldevelopment zone as object of research, this article gives an overall and systemanalysis. Through field surveying and questionnaire surveying, this article analyzesthe existing problems of waterfront landscape, establishes reliability maintenancemethod and shows its waterfront characteristics.This article obtains first-hand information according to field trips taking massesof photographs and questionnaire survey, and the research work on waterfrontlandscape of economic and technological development zone is coming from thefollowing three aspects.Firstly, the article introduces the regional overview of the Qing Dao economicand technological development zone, summarizing the construction course fromstarting, pioneering, building these three aspects, and then discussing the generation and the development of waterfront landscape, finally Tangdaowan Service Landscapeand Huandao Road Service Landscape turned up.The second part is expanded deeply by showing the present condition oftangdaowan and Huandao Road Service Landscape to do the research about theinfluence made by cultural factors, and obtains the satisfaction evaluation throughquestionnaire survey among citizens.The third part is about getting existing problem of landscape construction basedon above analysis of the present condition of waterfront landscape. It affirms thepositive role of waterfront landscape from social, economy, tourism. Then put forwardsome reasonable maintenance and management methods.Through the actual investigation and analysis of waterfront landscape of Qingdaoeconomic and technical development zone, we can generalize the problem of planningand design of landscape which should be paid more attention to and somedevelopment advices. Thus this paper can be used as a reference for the furtherconstruction of waterfront landscape.
