Therefore, the city waterfront landscape development and construction has been the focus of city construction. But along with the rapid development of city waterfront landscape construction, some problems are also exposed, mainly for the content of the simplification and the form of the program, one of the root causes of these phenomena is the lack of effective evaluation of waterfront landscape.So this paper is based on this situation, take the waterfront landscape as the research content, through the landscape evaluation way to get the degree of public satisfaction with Chengdu South Lake Park waterfront landscape,and further concludes the analysis of influence of various landscape index on the waterfront landscape, so as to provide a reference basis for the development of Waterfront landscape in the future with the planning and construction in Chengdu.This paper takes the most common psychological and physical model for the evaluation of the quality of the visual landscape method (Psychosocial Paradigm) as the basic theory research, to study the main factors affecting of the city waterfront landscape beauty, and the study positioning is Chengdu South Lake Park waterfront landscape. The main research method used is the SBE method (Daniel and Boster proposed scenic beauty evaluation of Scenic Beauty Estimation, referred to as SBE).First of all, investigateChengdu City waterfront landscape situation, with the representative of the South Lake Park waterfront leisure and entertainment district as the research object, through the method of setting sampling, questionnaire and laboratory evaluation to get beauty standard value of selected each landscape quadrat.Second, using a statistical method to analyze the data, the first step is to analyze the chosenwaterfront landscape quadrat beauty standard score and landscape factors though Pearson (Pearson) correlation analysis, get the correlation matrix table, screening factor. The second step is to make the related factors as independent variables, scenic beauty value as the dependent variable, carry out the regression calculation to build and test the model.The resulting model:Z=0.305-1.117X1+0.083X2+0.205X3+0.078X4X1represents area of sky and square; X2represents waterfront configuration; X3represents sense of security; X4represents ground condition.Finally, the conclusion is:the influence of landscape factors in Chengdu City waterfront landscape beauty is:interferencefactors, safety,shoreline morphology, ground conditions, architectural form. Recommended to pay attention to the role of the above factors in the process of reconstruction and construction of the Chengdu waterfront landscape.
