Research On Quality Management Of WTS Project

With the rapid and healthy development of our country economy, the scale ofconstruction industry also shows the trend of rising year by year, and the constructionindustry has become a pillar industry in our society, so in the process of construction,the construction management is particularly important which the quality managementis of great importance. Without quality insurance, any project construction will bemeaningless."Important project, quality first" is of great importance to anyconstruction enterprise, the engineering quality is related to people’s personal safetyand property safety, further affect the enterprise reputation and image, and a highquality project will bring better social benefits and economic benefits. In recent years,the rapid development of construction has led China’s many other industriesdevelopment, so the quality of the construction project will affect the development ofmany other industries, and finally affects the development of China’s economy. Chinaneeds construction project which the quality conforms to our country socialistconstruction, so we should put efforts into it. The project construction quality directlyaffects the local and national economic development.In this paper, firstly, the HengQin Firmiana building foundation pit supportingproject(“WTS project” for short) are introduced, then the quality of the projectmanagement planning, this part mainly includes: the main factors affect the quality ofprojects; Project management goal; Project design process quality management;Project risk control and important environmental factors control; Project constructionphase of the quality control and project acceptance stage of quality control, etc. Thenthe HengQin Firmiana building foundation pit supporting project quality managementimprovement measures are given, this part includes planning and design; Constructionprogress plan and guarantee measures stage; Preparations for construction stage,project final stage several aspects of quality management, puts forward theimprovement measures. Finally the whole process of engineering experiencesummary is given.
