Research&Developemnt Of Evaluation System Of Expressway Design Based On The Cost Of The Whole Society

Freeway system is the artery of transportation in our country, also an important guarantee of the current social rapid development. Currently, along with the rapid development of freeway, the national economic sharp growth. At the same time, the booming economic sustain the further development of the expressway system. At the circumstance, some problem are highlighted, such as maintenance costing are increasing, traffic accidents are higher, ecological destruction and environmental pollution from worse to worst. As a consequence, at the beginning of the expressway design, using the whole life cycle cost concept of whole society to select a worthy design scheme. At the last, the whole life cycle cost would be turn down at low level. This paper relay on Department of Guangdong Province Transport’s science andtechnology project–research of evaluation technology of expressway design based on the cost of the whole society. In the paper, we explore from evaluating design scheme, setting reducing freeway cost of the whole society as the goal.Integrated security, technology, environmental protection, economic, and other indicators, we study on the synthetic evaluation system of freeway design. Eventually, a set of practical freeway design scheme evaluation system is formed. This paper mainly make a research in the following several aspects: Based on the social costs, freeway comprehensive evaluation system frame iscreated. Freeway design scheme evaluation should reflect the system, the principle of comprehensive and have light weight. This article mainly studied on influence which is directly or indirectly design scheme of the main control factors, and researched the correlation of each index in the evaluation system from the aspects of environmental protection, safety, technology, economic and so on. Through analyzing the apparent index set, the inner link of each composition is clear. The core algorithm, which is used for freeway design scheme evaluation systembased on the social costs, is composed. On the basis of the completion of the framework, the internal various calculation model and evaluation model is enriched and completed.At last, all of thesr model is converted into algorithm which is applied to computer. Freeway design data acquisition and processing technology is completed. Inorder to guarantee the practicability of this system, the principle of development of simple and easy to use is reflected. In this paper, based on the research of common highway design data format, intelligent data processing functions has been completed. Based on the social costs, expressway design scheme evaluation system isprogrammed. Evaluation system is a comprehensive review process and evaluation content information form of expression, helping to improve the automation and efficiency of evaluation. In strict accordance with the computer software development steps, through clearing requirements analysis, making development plan, testing and programming, the research and development of this system is completed.
