With the rapid development of highway industry in China,the rationality and scientificity of Highway route selection are more and more valued by people.Whether the line selection program is reasonable and scientific is not only related to the strategic position of the highway,traffic efficiency,highway construction cost,but also It affects the environment along the road,the economic benefits of the area and the social benefits.Therefore,it is quite necessary to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the route selection before the construction of the site survey.By introducing the development of expressway design concept and the connotation of the new design concept,this paper confirms that the paper uses the idea of local variable weight.This paper expounds the common evaluation methods of expressway line selection,analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation mode in modern evaluation method and determines the evaluation method of this paper.Combined with the project characteristics of Qiancao Expressway,The initial selection of evaluation indexes is carried out and the main contents of expressway route evaluation are confirmed,including economic evaluation,technical evaluation,environmental assessment,social evaluation and safety evaluation.The evaluation index system of expressway route preference is established.Through the principle of determining the local variable weight vector,the specific values of the parameters in the local variable weight vector are pointed out.The reasonableness of the parameters is illustrated with the help of MATLAB program.By combining local variable weights,analytic hierarchy process,TOPSIS and Grey relational decision-making,the evaluation model of this paper is summarized.At last,the rationality of variable weights is proved by comparing the changes of Changquan and variable weights.Through the comparison and optimization scheme of the route direction of the Qiancao expressway,the case verification analysis is carried out and the K scheme is the best in the three alternatives.The application of the local variable weight well reflects the actual value of the data itself and proves the feasibility and rationality of this model method.It provides a new idea for the comparison and selection of highway route schemes and hascertain reference value.
