Mechanical product scheme design will generate a lot of schemes, these schemes havedifferent characteristics, in order to complete the design of mechanical products that weshould choose the best design scheme from the vast amounts of design plans. It is not onlyrelates to quality, cost, performance, reliability, safety and etc of the final design ofmechanical products, but also it is crucial to shorten the development cycle of mechanicalproduct, improve product competitiveness and guarantee the enterprise in the fiercecompetition, the main completed work in this are as follows:First of all, this paper studies the common several kinds of evaluation method ofmechanical product design scheme, expounds the evaluation methods of evaluation processand summarize the characteristics of the various evaluation methods, simple introduce thetype, structure, working principle and design of the transfer case, considering themechanical products design scheme has a lot of evaluation factors in the process ofevaluation and there is a lot of interaction between various evaluation factors, variousevaluation factors have different weight coefficients in the process of process. Accordingto the characteristic of transfer case, we determined the design scheme evaluation methodof transfer case base on the various evaluation methods.Secondly expounds the definition of the multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, the evaluation process of this method and the advantages of this method,According to the cross-country capability and readability requirements of cars, inconditions of ensuring performance and performance stability, parts intensity and rigidityreliability of transfer case, establishing multiple-objective evaluation function of transfercase based on the factors of gear volume, in-situ started acceleration time and max speedunder time-sharing4WD conditions, combined with the development requirements of theenterprise,experience of user requirements and experience parameters in the application ofthe transfer case, determined the weight coefficient of each evaluation index, calculated theevaluation index of performance parameters and established the evaluation index system ofthe transfer case, multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to threekinds design scheme of intelligent4WD car transfer case for evaluation, Evaluation resultsof the examples show that: The application of fuzzy evaluation method of multiple-factorcan make a reasonable effective evaluation and is also close to the actual workingcondition of the intelligent4WD transfer case. Finally introduced the technical support related to transfer case design systemdevelopment, including Visual.net technology and SQL Server2008database technology.Developing a transfer case design system application software combined with enterprise’sactual situation to the requirements of the enterprise. Implementation of this softwaredevelopment key technologies include parametric technology implementation and takingof one of the components parts called driving gear flange of one transfer case for example,talked about the whole process of the parameterization, automatic assembly technologyand taking one transfer case component parts for instance, realizing the whole process ofautomatic assembly technology and the transfer case client interface connected to the UGsoftware technology. This software can realize the match between transfer case and the car,transfer case components checking,3D digital modal design, the performance of3D modelassembly automation. Taking the design and development of one intelligent4WD vehiclefor example, described the function realization of the whole process of the software indetail in order to verify the transfer case feasibility and practicability of the design system.
