Research On Remodeling Design To Elderly Community Care Public Activity Space In Zhangzhou

With the development of the society, traditional family pension mode has not fullyadapt to the modern household demand. however, the serious shortage of socialinstitutions endowment facilities and the obvious contradiction between supply anddemand has made elderly community care become one of the most realisticendowment patterns at the present in China. Elderly community care can satisfy theneed of the elderly for endowment at home, keep the elderly contact with social, andsupplement the deficiency of the institutions endowment facilities at the same time.so the demand of elderly community care in our country is huge. It is the importantguarantee to realize the elderly endowment at home. In the community have beencompleted, however, most lack endowment facilities, or pension facilities cannotmeet the reality needs of endowment, so the remodeling design on the elderlycommunity care space, reasonable use free space in the community, remodelingunreasonable space, integrate community space resources, create a suitable elderlycommunity care space, making it meet the demand of the elderly pension life andensure the quality of their life have become the inevitable trend of socialdevelopment.To this end, the author first read the elderly community care related literature athome and abroad, understand the research progress of the elderly community care athome and abroad and the development of the foreign elderly community care.theauthor found that the domestic study of elderly community care facilities is relativelysmall. most literatures are dissertations, journal, science and technology thesis,mainly research on the form of pension mode, community, residential area planningand environmental design. Foreign elderly community care patterns has beenrelatively mature, available for reference. And study on the elderly community care inTaiwan region is more thorough. Most studies in Taiwan support the view that thepresent situation of ageing in aging is in accordance with local endowment pattern.Taiwan region in the aging research mainly from the demand of old people, betweenhuman and nature, man and social relations perspective to explore the elderlycommunity care facilities planning, space design and environmental design method.In the remoldeling design mainly focuse on the old residential implementation to aging residential renovation design, rather than the retrofit design of the elderlycommunity care facilities.After reading a large number of literature, this article investigate the actual needs ofthe elderly in Zhangzhou, and the current use situatin of different types of elderlycommunity care public spaces. analyze and summarize types of Zhangzhou elderlycommunity care space, functional requirements and using status quo of elderlycommunity care public activity internal and external space, found unreasonable space,free space, combined with the characteristics of the regional characteristics ofZhangzhou to modify the design. Elderly community care public activity space can bedivided into home improvement type, public transformation type and redevelopmentand expansion type, depending on the type of specific measures, put forward thecorresponding modification design and supplemented by examples to prove.
