The main research work are summarized as follows:First, by reading the relevant aspects of the domestic and internationalcommunity endowment of scientific literature, news reports, and policyprovisions, learned that the domestic and international community endowment space construction and renovation of research in the field of the status quo,and an initial understanding of the developments at home and abroad, foundthat domestic research fewer achievements, the development is in its infancy,and abroad in this area is relatively mature development, and research.Secondly, through the analysis of the regional characteristics of Xiamen incommunities pension needs of older persons in Xiamen, understand regionalneeds in Xiamen, through in-depth community research summarized in thesummary of the existing community the pension space type, summed up thethe Xiamen community endowment space needs type, as a follow-up study toprepare.
