Study The Mode Of Uptown Layout By The Idea Of Wind Environment's Design

With the development of city construction, large numbers of tall buildings are accomplished, and more and more people attach importance to the wind environment of buildings, which become the important factor of city environment. In city, the characteristic of wind near ground is very complicated; it not only relates to the size and figure of building, but also relates to the relative place, figure around buildings and the coarse extent of around landform. Vile wind environment can influence the people's comfortable extent of outdoor activities, and maybe increase the outward fatalness of dwellers. Researching and resolving the wind environment's question of uptown can increase dweller's comfortable extent, and it is the most important factor which keeps favorable and safe environment. Even it needs of concept of sustainable development which is based on low-carbon economy and building energy-saving. Now some countries have established correlative statute, which require evaluating the buildings'wind environment in the phase of design.This study is based on climatic status in Xi'an area, researching from climatic subarea to high-rise settlements'microclimate and relative comfortable extent of wind environment. Using the software of Fluent to analyze wind environment of various array of uptown, comparing the wind's distribution and the ratio of wind's velocity of various array, and discussing the relation of uptown's layout and wind environment. In addition, this study analyzes the relation of the height of building and wind environment of uptown, discussing the rule of wind environment between buildings. At last, this study simulates the uptown of new campus of Xi'an University of architecture and technology in means of numerical value, analyzing the uptown's wind environment, indicating the problem in the course of layout and design, and advancing the measures which improving the quality of wind environment.This study uses the means of simulation, comparison, analysis and summarized, in order to introduce the model of uptown's layout of wind environment to the real life. And we hope that the department of city's layout, architects, land agents and civilians can regard this study.
