Roller, one of the highly effective compaction machinery, is indispensable toroad&bridge construction. The current domestic vibratory roller, especially the compactionquality of intelligent vibratory roller has a big gap in comparison with similar foreignproducts, and the pros and cons of compaction quality is directly related to the performance ofroller test system and control system. Therefore, based on the analysis of principle ofintelligent vibratory roller of current domestic and foreign, to study the effects of highperformance and high level of roller real-time detection system and intelligent system, as ahigh-end research and development of intelligent vibratory roller made beneficial explorationand pioneering work.Firstly it elaborates the related concept of intelligent compaction technology and itsadvantages, introduces the application of intelligent compaction technology briefly in thispaper. Based on the mechanism of vibration compaction, constructs the "vibration wheel soil"kinetic model and analyzes the various factors of vibratory roller itself that effects compaction.According to these factors and combines with the current status of research, puts forward thekey technology of intelligent compaction of vibratory roller, namely the real-time detectionsystem and the intelligent control system.Based on the characteristics of several new detections on compaction degree testing, theaccessory type real-time detection technology on compaction degree is proposed in this paper.Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing compaction degree evaluation methodand for the linear and nonlinear characteristics of vibration compaction process, put forward abased-on plurality of vibration parameters of compaction degree valuation, then researchesthe structure and characteristics of roller with real-time detection function on compactiondegree. Research is mainly focused on the compaction degree real-time detection system andthe vibration acceleration signal extraction in the system. The above works provide theresearch on real-time detection system development of intelligent road roller and the newcompaction meter with the theoretical basis. According to the requirement of the roller intelligent control system and theimplementation of the overall function, in view of the compaction parameters automaticcontrol, designs the intelligent control system of frequency态amplitude and speed. Aiming atthe complexity and uncertainty of vibrating compaction process, put forward a fuzzy controlof intelligent compaction control system. Using CAN bus to realize the transmission of datain formation, selecting the EPEC2025controller and the EPEC2023which is a dedicatedprogrammable display as the core of hardware in order to meet the needs of intelligent controlsystem functional requirements and adapt to the environment. To realize the remotecontrol, using the remote monitoring system and the GSM/GPRS remote wirelesscommunication system, so as to meet the requirements of intelligent construction ofmachinery group.
