Vibration compaction as the basis of a rapid and efficient construction methods are widely used in various kinds of road construction,the compaction quality directly affects the service life of the road,due to an insufficient degree of compaction of subgrade pavement premature failure occurs frequently.Compaction degree is an important measure of the compaction quality index,how to use accurate and efficient detection method to monitor roadbed compaction degree of compaction quality is a key link of the compaction process.Traditional compaction tests often have disadvantages such as lag and random test results,which can not guide compaction in real time.Based on these shortcomings,this paper proposes a real-time compaction degree detection technology,can realize the continuous detection of roadbed compaction degree and effectively avoid the happening of the problem,make the results more real-time significance for guiding the construction.Based on the basic theory of vibratory compaction and compaction,this paper analyzes the effect of vibration compaction principle and the working parameters of vibration roller on compaction.The dynamic model of vibration roller is analyzed and solved,which provides the theoretical basis for the real-time testing of vibratory roller compaction.In this paper,the traditional compaction test technology and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in detail.Computer simulation using Matlab/Simulink dynamic model of vibratory roller-crushed materials are simulated to solve,it is concluded that the vibration acceleration and the relation between degree of compaction,and to test the degree of compaction theory feasibility of real-time detection system.After theory analysis and demonstration,this paper puts forward a real-time detection of compaction degree detection technology,this method has solved the traditional compaction test method of hysteresis,randomness,such as faults,which can realize continuous compaction test on ground,thus effectively avoid the "over voltage" and "under voltage".Subsequently,compaction real-time detection system is designed,the system selection and design of each module are introduced,and analyses the system's software algorithm FFT algorithm is proposed and the algorithm of wavelet transform singularity analysis.Finally,the system simulation and experimental verification,the results showed that the degree of compaction and there is a correlation relationship between vibration acceleration and can be obtained after a fitting regression formula between calibration,based on the relationship between them can realize the requirement of continuous testing,test results will feedback to the driver to make it on the ground compaction degree of judgment is more accurate,can effectively improve the quality of compaction.
