The vibratory roller plays an important role in highway construction with its good compaction effect.When the vibration frequency matches the compaction speed,the roller can obtain high production efficiency under the premise of ensuring the construction quality.There is a problem that the roller itself can't be real-time feedback whether the compaction speed matches the vibration frequency or not,then the optimum compaction speed detection system is developed,which can guide the rolling operation of the vibratory roller and improve its compaction quality and production efficiency.The basic principle of vibration compaction is analyzed,and the correspondence between vibration frequency and compaction speed is studied.The mathematical model of vibration velocity and vibration frequency is established,which provide theoretical support for the overall design of the optimum compaction speed detection system.The overall structure of the detection system is designed.In order to increase the portability and practicability of the detection system,the smart phone is selected as the processing center of the detection system.The method of detecting the vibration frequency and compaction speed is analyzed,and the frequency measurement program based on fast Fourier transform and the speed measurement program based on the GPS position of the mobile phone are designed.The hardware part of the system was designed,the ADXL345 acceleration sensor is used to collect the acceleration signal of the vibratory roller.The STC15W204 S single chip microcomputer is used as the microprocessor of the lower computer.In order to prevent the signal from being disturbed during transmission,the RS323 signal mode is adopted in the line Transmission,and the chip power supply is designed,the lithium battery of mobile phone is selected as a power supply.The software part of the system is designed,and the software development platform of the detection system is set up,the driver of the acceleration signal acquisition module is designed,then the frequency program is designed by using the mobile GPS velocity measurement program and the Fourier transform.The frequency and velocity measurement accuracy of the system are tested by the vibration test bed and the roller respectively.The results show that the frequency and speed of the vibratory roller can be accurately measured.The field test is conducted relying on the Shenzhen-Shantou highway,and the experiment shows that there is an optimum compaction speed matching the vibration frequency during the construction process.Under the guidance of the optimum compaction speed detection system,the construction of the vibratory roller can be ensured to achieve high construction efficiency and construction quality.
