Double-drum Vibratory Roller Automatic Compaction Control System Research And Design

With the development of rolling technology, roller's family becomes more and more stronger. Influenced by the third technical revolution, kinds of designs of new style of rollers fully reflect the trend of modern and intellectual development.As an important aspect of improving rolling technology, the continuous rolling control technology has been paid more and more attention. This paper deeply studied the automatic rolling control's theory and method of vibratory roller. Based on this finished the selection of hardware and design of the controller and the software design of automatic rolling control system on the basis of fuzzy control theory were finished.At last , this paper gave the feasible scheme which subject to the adjustment of rolling apparatus through the test and validated the rationality of the controller's design according to the test data.
