The Research Based On User’s Behavior Of The Residential Outside Environment

Research on the residential outdoor environment, many domestic literature has thefoundation of relatively rich, but in general, its research contents mostly for the substanceelements of space, some studies emphasize the importance in the residential outdoorenvironment of "people", but more on the qualitative and quantitative research, involving less.This study directly to the user behavior as a research perspective, from the perspective ofenvironmental behavior, making qualitative and quantitative research methods, through avariety of theoretical research, case to the residential area of the environment.This study is the environmental behavior in the view of the outside environment ofresidential district, through the study of theoretical research and field research, the formationof interaction of discipline and the method, proposed the elements of residential districtexternal environment from the perspective of this research and evaluation criteria, and usinganalytic hierarchy process to establish the residential outdoor environment evaluation indexsystem, finally through the design of compound modification of Fenxi Mining BureauEngineering Department for a reasonable proof, and puts forward suggestions for thedevelopment of the residential outdoor environment.This paper mainly divided into four parts. The first part is introduction (the first chapter):defining the object of study, to study the problem, determine the research purpose, researchmethod and framework. The second part of the basis for the analysis of (second, three): theuser behavior and the residential outdoor environment of interactive, explores the elementsand evaluation standards of environmental behavior of the residential outdoor environmentbased on. The third part is the study of investigation (the fourth chapter): through theinvestigation and Analysis on the outside environment Xi’an city of various methods, thequalitative and quantitative results of the current situation of the development, combined withthe theory established the residential outdoor environment evaluation index system. Thefourth part (the fifth chapter) as a case study, to design the compound transformation of FenxiMining Bureau Engineering Department as a design case, behavior and characteristics ofmining the user’s needs, and to the study of evaluation index system as a guide for planning, finally put forward suggestions to optimize the residential outdoor environment based on theconsumer behavior characteristics.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1) the theoretical research and survey based on the results of the study, using analytichierarchy process, the establishment of evaluation index system of user behavior based on thecharacteristics of residential district external environment, including a comprehensiveevaluation of five elements (elements of landscape, landforms, a group of buildings, roadtraffic, neighborhood environment) and14evaluation factors, in this study from theperspective of the evaluation factors, neighborhood environment obtained the highest weights.(2) Study on the system through theoretical interaction research, field research,construction of indicator system, case study to explore the user behavior in residential districtexternal environment based on the material and cultural connotation, and the residentialoutdoor environment optimization.
