Seismic Design And Practice Of Limited-beyondhigh-rise Building Project

With the development of city construction, more and more limited-beyond high-risebuildings, not rules of various kinds of complicated high-rise structures there. Over the past10years, high-rise buildings at home and abroad is developing very quickly, increasing theheight of layers, the increasing size, more and more complex, more and more new structuresystem, the application of new materials is increasing, more and more limited-beyondhigh-rise buildings. The development trend of high-rise buildings, and puts forward newrequirements and challenges of high-rise buildings, the structural analysis and design theoryof the core structure engineering is pregnant with new breakthrough.This paper systematically discusses the limited-beyond high-rise building aseismicdesign theory; and the key problems of technical requirements of limited-beyond high-risebuilding engineering seismic design methods and steps of limited-beyond high-rise building;seismic design; through the example of a limited-beyond high-rise building in the overallanalysis, according to the calculation results, make a scientific judgment the overloaded typesand rules of limited-beyond high-rise building project, and puts forward the structure seismicperformance design objectives and measures. Hope to provide some reference for the seismicdesign of limited-beyond high-rise building engineering staff.
