The Application Research Of CS Wallboard In High-rise Building

CS slab structural residential system is a new structure system that complieswith the development of our country wall reform and residential industrializationrequirement. It is an assembled monolithic structure with CS wall plate, floor androof panels as the main component. There are many advantages in the process ofproduction and use, such as specialization of production, wall light weight, goodheat insulation effect and fast construction speed and so on.However, at present, the application of the CS slab structural system is stillhave limitations. It only applies to regions which are6layers below and the seismicfortification intensity under8degree. This greatly limits the application anddevelopment of this system. At the same time, with the development of cityconstruction, the constructive area is more and more valuable, so high-buildings areinevitable trend. It is unlikely to build super high-rise building. Because thedisposable investment is huge, the routine management cost is high and the disasterloss is serious under rare earthquake. The high-rise buildings of8-30layers are themainstream of the city and the main direction of the development of city architecturein China.Based on the theoretical analysis, analyses are done as follows:First of all, using the PKPM series software and the finite element analysissoftware ABAQUS to analyze the high-rise structure with the concrete sandwichpanel as the main load-bearing component. The period and displacement of thewhole structure are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the structure.Secondly, axial and eccentric compression analyses are taken to analyze themechanical properties of CS bearing board. The comparisons between two aspectsare analyzed and the differences of mechanical properties are obtained. Take one ofCS boards for example, the properties of the CS board are analyzed to verify thefeasibility of the structure.
