The Study On Analogical Design Of Contemporary Residence

In this paper, the analogical design pattern as a guide, the traditional courtyardhouses in the space of this element, for example, their cultural characteristics andspatial characteristics are described and analyzed to explore its historical roots fromthe material and cultural perspective. Through research and collecting data access,mining social background, cultural heritage and other underlying factors forresidential development, combined with the actual case study of traditional courtyardspace features contemporary residential design inheritance and evolution, applicationtype, tactics.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the first chapter, the overallthesis describes the background, purpose, meaning and methods. The second part isthe second chapter the theoretical research on analogical design and related buildingtypology, the spirit of place, systematically expounded the theory of regional studiesand research papers as a theoretical basis to provide theoretical support for thesubsequent practice of research. The third part is the practice of the third to the fourthchapter to the analogical design theory as a guide, through the Chinese traditionalcourtyard houses in cultural identity, spatial features, case studies of several parts,according to the design in the form of class selection, feature extraction design,research "category courtyard" into the significance and necessity of modern high-riseresidential buildings, learn practical case studies, summarized in a high-riseresidential building in the courtyard of the specific application methods and practices.The fourth part is the conclusion, review and summarizes the full text contents.The ultimate aim of this paper is to explore the feasibility and methods oftraditional houses in the courtyard space in today’s residential construction trendsapplied in order to contribute to the localization of innovative architectural design ofa modest way.
