The automobile is an important kind of transport facility of the modern people, how to guarantee the automobile collision’s security, and how to raise the collision safety level, already had aroused people’s interest more and more, thereinto, mechanism can be the core of people’s research. The cutting thread type automobile collision endoergic sysytem, which called the CST system (Cutting the Screw Thread System), is a new concept intellectualization automobile collision energy absorption system, and for further study, the finite element analysis is one of essential methods. However, how to avoid the massive redundant operation in the research, raise the analysis efficiency, and reduce the research cycle, has become an urgently question to be resolve. In the meantime, this also shows that it is very essential to develop appropriative CST system modeling and analysis system.This subject utilizes UG and the ANSYS re-development function, targeting the thread cutting type automobile collision endoergic system, has developed the CST system parametrization modelling and the finite element analysis system initially. This subject takes the thread model of the CST system as the example, to show the procedure of the parametrization module performance. First, Establishes the template modelling and the analysing process, then, sorts through data, designates the actuation parametrization variable and other key parameters, and design user interfaces. After user countersigns the inputting parameters, it will use UG/Open API, APDL, judgment, control orders and circulations, etc. , and realize the parametrization module of the CST modelling and analysis system.Parametrization design language APDL which is offered by ANSYS software, may have custom made the customizing toolbar, increase, delete, made the toolbar button, and realize the toolbars nesting. Through choosing corresponding toolbar button, may transform among the toolbars, may also trigger the corresponding spare part parameters input dialog box. And using the APDL language’s multi parameter input dialog box may have custom-made various spare parts parameters input dialog boxes. This characteristic of the topic is clarity and simplicity in inputting parameter, and then, may realize the modelling and analysis function. This article still takes the whole simple model of the outside-thread CST system as an example, and explaines that through increasing customizing toolbars, as well as the toolbar’s corresponding button to trigger dialog boxes’ edition, realizes the designing of the CST modelling and analysis system’s user interface module.Finally, taking the different sizes’ CST system models for instance, through operating the CST parametrization modelling and analysis system, it demonstrates this system can avoid the massive repetitive works, and raises the analysis efficiency. Moreover, the operating interfaces of the system are well arranged, brief and clear, just inputting the parameters, and then modeling. Even the non-specialized finite element analysis people can also use this system to carry on the CST system’s spare parts analysis. After finished the model building, the system has not only preserved the ANSYS document format, but could also output the K document, this permits the model created by this system to be possible to induct into other finite element analysis softwares, such as VPG and so on, and that has laid the foundation for the following research work.
