Design Of The Ejecting Casing Gas Recovery Device

In recent years, the problem of environment pollution, energy waste caused by the direct emptying casing gas and combustion is getting more and more attention, so how to efficiently recovering casing gas is oilfield enterprises to promote green and low-carbon development, take the resource-saving way, promote the beneficial way to fast growth of natural gas production, but also the important measures of reducing the pollution of the environment to alleviate the phenomenon of haze. This article first to summarizing and comparing the domestic and foreign casing gas recovering device, combined with the casing gas recovery of Shengli Oilfield itself, we proposed to the ejecting casing gas recovering program technology as the core, from the theoretical basis, experimental simulation and practical application angle, are discussed.According to the conditions of oilfield, we proposed the ejecting casing gas recovering program, the main parts of the recovery program was selected and designed, using numerical simulation method to get the optimal structure parameters of the injector, to establish a set of air as the recovery medium ejector test bench, the ejection performance test of the ejector, we design the ejecting casing gas recovery device according to the test results, and have field application test, getting the application value data of the recovery device.Through this study, solves the casing gas waste and environmental pollution, puts forward some relevant theory of injection casing gas recovery, provides detailed design method, gives the indoor test and field test results, further validation of the ejecting casing gas recovery, also widened the field of application of ejector.
