With the large consumption of non-renewable resources,the fact of energy shortage has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of discharge and recovery of casing gas in oil fields has been increasingly concerned by major oil fields.How to recover oilfield casing gas efficiently and achieve green and low carbon development of energy is a major problem currently facing.Firstly,the technical methods for the recovery of casing gas in domestic and foreign oilfields are compared and analyzed.A method for the recovery of casing gas in the oilfield is proposed,then we developed a device for recovering casing gas in the oil field.According to the theoretical research and the on-site investigation of Shengli Oilfield,the overall scheme of the casing oil recovery technology in the jet oilfield was determined.Based on the theory of jet drainage,the jet diverter is used to extract and recover the casing gas in the oilfield.During the recovery process,the oil and gas mixed pump is used to assist the supercharging.The oil separator separates the casing gas and condensate in the oil field.The sand control filter performs sand removal of crude oil to jointly realize efficient recovery of casing gas in the oil field.Design the structure of the jet diverter and determine the parameters.Simulation of the internal flow field of the jet diverter using Fluent 16.0 to determine the rationality of the design of the jet diverter.Design the de-sand filter and the oil-gas separator,simple design and selection of the oil-gas mixed pump,gas collection system and control system.Drawing the 2D and 3D modeling of recycling equipment.Then processed or purchased each component,assembling a prototype and setting up an indoor test bench,complete the performance test of ejector.Finally,the on-site recycling test of the prototype was carried out to verify the rationality and efficiency of the recycling technology.After a series of theoretical research,analysis,laboratory tests and field application research,a high-efficiency,low-energy,green and environmentally friendly oilfield casing gas recovery technology method was finally explored.The injection drainage technology was further understood,and the design method of the recovery equipment was determined.The equipment recovery effect was obvious,and the design requirements were met,and the application scope of the jet drainage device in the oil field was developed.
