On a little production gas well,Waste gas well,obviously it is not economy to collect the natural gas by the pipe.While the volume of LNG is 1/625 of the same amount gaseous natural gas,pry LNG equipment arises under this background.Currently it mainly has four liquefaction process:cascading liquefaction process,mixed refrigerant cycle(MRC)process,N2,expansion refrigeration technology and high-pressure ejector refrigeration process.High-pressure ejector refrigeration technology is characterized by simple process and large elasticity of operation,the advantages of strong adaptability to raw material gas,so it is widely used in collecting the local gas.In this process the natural gas which is pass though two levels of heat exchanger,primary chiller,two-stage ejector device,is liquefied.Ejector is a key refrigeration parts.Its performance directly affects the efficiency of the whole system,so it is researched in this paper.First of all,this paper,based on the sokurov's theory of one dimensional design,chooses air as working medium to carry on the design calculation,and the size is obtained.Then,regarded fluent software as a platform,internal flow field of ejector are simulated,and the internal temperature distribution is getted.At the same time,changing the structure parameters of the ejector(diameter of mixing chamber,the distance from the nozzle exit to the mixing chamber inlet,nozzle exit diameter,the length of the mixing chamber),to continue its temperature field numerical simulation,we can get the rule that between various parameters and ejector performance and optimize the structure of the ejector.The ejector was processed,manufactured,experimented,and it was compared with the ejector which was made in Russia.Compared the results,we found that:(1)in the experimental period,Russia ejector's temperature change is biger,but it is not falling fast.(2)As time goes by,the ejector in this paper has a trend that its temperature gradient and temperature difference is more and more biger,so its effect is better.
