The air is only supplied by the ejector in many full premixed gas burner.Therefore,the High efficiency ejector can improve the combustion efficiency.A self-designed ejector,which was deviced in a multi ejector tangential premixed burner,is designed using numerical and experimental method to optimize the geometrical structure parameters of the ejector.3 parameters are considered comprehensively : the ejecting ratio,primary air coefficient and mixed equivalence ratio coefficient.Ejecting ability of the ejector is mainly characterized by the ejecting ratio,mixedness of gas and air is characterized by primary air coefficient and mixed equivalence ratio coefficient in the outlet section.the parameter of the nozzle inlet length is opimizated by using binary search numerical method.It is shown that the results of the numerical simulation are consistent with the experimental results,and the numerical optimization method is very reliable.The best nozzle inlet length is 5 mm,the best throat diameter is 25 mm and the best nozzle diameter is 5 mm.The injection velocity of the gas is researched detailed by experiment and numerical simulation method.It is shown that the injection velocity of the gas have no effect on the geometrical parameters of the ejector.
