Design And Test Of The Casing Gas Recovery Device

In recent years,with the enhancement of public awareness of environmental protection,environmental protection and resource conservation get more and more attention.The air pollution and energy waste caused by the oilfield casing gas emission and combustion,if suppress,it will seriously affect the normal production.So a new equipment named the Casing Gas Recovery Device by Injection-Pressurizing has been developed.The oilfield casing gas,along with the crude oil,went into the pipeline and finally treated in the oilfield centralized station.The device uses injecting technology,This device based on injecting technology,realize the oil field casing gas recovery of governance.Firstly,compared with the existing casing gas recovery plan,combined with the theoretical research,determined the injection casing gas recovery plan and finished three-dimensional modeling of the units with Pro/Engineer;secondly,according to the structure parameters of casing gas recovery device,through the theoretical calculation to determine the structure parameters,such as nozzle diameter,and the other structure is improved,including ejector,pressurization mechanism,gas collecting mechanism and so on;thirdly,purchase the required materials,processing all the main parts and components,complete the prototype assembly;Finally,completed the field test and collected data,to verify the device performance and life,and optimize the solution.After theoretical analysis,laboratory experiments and field application,the ultimate purpose is forming a set of casing gas recovery technology.The results show that the effect of casing gas recovery is very obvious,meeting the the design requirements.The casing gas recovery technology is feasible and effective,If promote the device application,oilfield will get considerable economic benefits and social benefits.
