| Based on the understanding of the physical and chemical properties inspection work in Chaoyang, Haidian and Changping District of Beijing, and Dalian, Hohhot, Chongqing, Nanjing, Qingdao, where carried out. Also studied abroad MSW situation, especially in the case of domestic Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai in three cities. Under this premise, to carry on the detailed investigation and inspection work to the physical and chemical properties of Beijing urban area MSW, mainly including the physical composition, moisture content and calorific value and so on, to summarize data of 2012 and recent three years and analyze the trend of the change of the physical and chemical properties, to make investigation to Beijing urban area MSW’s physical and chemical properties from three different directions of six urban districts,functional districts and MSW classification area, make the consludion: ①urban area MSW reaches the average requirements of incineration calorific value, suitable for incineration, but due to seasonal and other factors, a part of MSW requires pretreatment before incineration to improve the calorific value. Baese on the government’s strongly support for incineration, MSW further classification is needed to improve the calorific value. ② In recent years, although the amount of food waste decreased, but its proportion in MSW is still large, further collection and processing of food waste is needed.The proportion of biological treatment is bound to increase. ③Due to the current overloaded landfill, odor, other secondary cause serious pollution problems and land resource strain, the proportion of landfilling will surely continue to decrease. The waste eventually entering landfill must be screened and pretreated. Combining the six urban districts‘ logistics situation from the source to the final disposal, the range and capability of the current waste facilities including transfer station, landfill and comprehensive treatment centre, the waste management trend is that waste incineration will be the first choice, biochemical treatment will be improved, the landfill will be decreased. All in all, according to the priority, to combine the processing capability and accepted waste type of the facility, and consider the effect of the distance allocate scientifically the future MSW logistics should be done. |
