The Study On Prmotion Of Operations Management In A Chemical Logisitcs Company

Chemical industry logistics in China is in a period of rapid development,which has a good market demand,but also faces the challenges from the scope,strength,service level,resources,facilities ability and other aspects of competition,which will influence and even determine the core competitiveness of the enterprise or even a national chemical industry.This thesis uses A chemical logistics company as the subject of research,Through analyzing the current situation of A chemical logistics enterprise,combines the core competitiveness theory,the optimal location model and the theory of human resource management,analyzes four problems existing in the supply chain management of A chemical logistics company,to develop A chemical logistics company’s reform proposals.Thesis firstly describes A chemical logistics company for the analysis of the external environment and internal environment,and then puts forward the existing four problems: how to deal with the market competition,how to optimize the enterprise internal cost and efficiency,how to deal with key positions and personnel flow,and how to integrate the logistics information,etc.Then combining with the further analysis of related theory,finally put forward in view of A chemical logistics enterprise supply chain management Suggestions to resolve the problem and the company development strategy of the implementation of the measures are detailed in this thesis.
