Based on geological features, natural conditions and properities of gas, process of natural gas purification was designed and parameters of crafts were optimized. First,decarbonization technology adopts solvent absorption spectrometry; using activated methyl diethanolamine(MDEA) as the absorption solvent process. By adjusting the amount and concentration of circulating MDEA process parameters to achieve an efficient decarburization. Commercialization rate of the gas was improved. TEG dehydration technology applied on the produced gas after the wet gas decarbonization. Carbon dioxide recovery process of one-stage and two-stage compression were designed; carbon dioxide exhaust was effective recycled. New process and equipment were selected; the goal of low input and high output was achieved. The results show: the recovery of this process was above99%, the content of carbon dioxide in external natural gas was less than 3% and water dew point wsa lower than-15℃. Good social and economic benefits were achieved.
