| Natural gas is a kind of green energy,more and more attention have been paid.Natural gas often contains C02 and H2S from the exploitation,CO2 and H2S can lead to catalyst poisoning,equipment corrosion and environmental pollution.So the demand of natural gas of CO2 and H2S content is more and more strict.In this article,measuring solubility equipment was built.The effects of absorbers,absorption concentration,absorption temperature on the solubility effects of CO2 by a lkanolamine solution were investigated in the equipments for measuring acid gas solub ility.The experimental results showed that absorber of MDEA,MDEA concentration o f 2.5 mol/L and absorption temperature of 25 ℃ have suitable CO2 solubility perform ance.Aspen HYSYS Software was used for simulation,The results showed that a goo d agreement between the simulated results and experimental data was observed.In the absorption-regeneration continuous equipment,the raw material was used by simulantgas containing CO2 and H2S,the effects of absorption concentration,absorption temper ature,gas volume flowrate and desorption temperature on the absorption effects of CO 2,and CO2 and H2S both by MDEA were investigated.The suitable process condition s were selected.And aspen HYSYS Software was used for simulation too,The results showed that a good agreement between the simulated results and experimental data w as observed.The Fe2O3/Al2O3 adsorbent was prepared by coprecipitation method.The effects of preparation conditions and adsorption conditions on adsorbent desulfurization were stu died.The suitable preparation conditions and adsorption conditions were selected.Wh en the preparation conditions was iron oxide to aluminum oxide mass ratio of 1:0.5,preparation temperature of 30 ℃,aging time of 18 h,the CTAB chelating agent mas s fraction of 2%,calcination temperature of 500 ℃,the adsorbent has suitable des ulfurization performance.When the gas volume flowrate was 20 mL/min and adsorpti on desulfurization temperature was 80 ℃,the penetrate sulfur capacity reached 105 mg/g,the penetrate ventilation of 1820 mL,the desulfurization rate of 99.3%,the s aturated sulfur capacity was 110.7 mg/g. |
