The CO2 content of natural gas is much higher in Xushen block No.9 of Daqing Oilfield and is not in accord with national standard that CO2 content of commodity natural gas is less than 3%.Transportation equipments will be severely corroded by natural gas with CO2,which can reduce the thermal value of natural gas and transportation capacity.the decarbonization technology of natural gas is introduced and studied,the MDEA method is selected to analyze and compare with membrane separation technology,reached a conclusion that MDEA method accords with treatment scale and gas mass of Xushen blocks No.8,9 and 21 in Daqing Oilfield because of its high recovery rate of hydrocarbon,little loss and mature and reliable technology.Hence,a certain amount of CO2 must be removed for natural gas of Xushen block No.9,it is very significant to study decarbonization process of Xushen block No.9.In this paper,component characteristics of the natural gas in Xushen block No.9 of Daqing Oilfield are analysed,the existing decarbonization processes of natural gas are analysed and compared with themselves,and the suitable decarbonization process is selected for natural gas of Xushen block No.9,which is MDEA decarbonization process.The MDEA decarbonization process is designed for natural gas of Xushen block No.9 and is simulated using process simulation software of PRO/II.Then,the decarburization device is selected for a complete set of natural gas.
