Under the condition of Changling volcanic Yingcheng higher carbon dioxide content in natural gas(~ 30%), the present domestic and overseas developments of decarbonization technology were introduced, and decarbonization technologies of natural gas were evaluated to obtain the optimal technology program. The influence factors of activated MDEA, membrane separation, cryogenic fractional distillation, and pressure swing adsorption were analyzed. More detailed technical and economic comparison and research were carried out between membrane amine mixing and activated MDEA.A set of decarbonization device was constructed in the first phase and the second phase of Changling gas field, and one device has a processing capacity of 120× 104m3/d and uses activated MDEA technology. The decarbonization process includes absorption and two-stage flash regeneration, with the active ingredients concentration MDEA45%(wt) + activator 5%(wt) + water 50%(wt). Technical parameters adaptability of decarbonization device was evaluated. The decarbonization device can Adapt in cold area and the technical parameters can achieve the targets.
