| With the increasing environmental protection and international energy vacancy,natural gas,as a clean energy has been paid more and more attention because of its unique advantages.The development of natural gas in our country is also increasing,more and more special gas fields have been found.The content of CO2 in this natural gas is large,and it is almost free of sulfide.In this paper,the current decarbonization purification technology and the application of the different process conditions werescarried out.The directions for the selection of deacidification process in different kinds of gas fields was pointed out.In this article,the research on decarbonization purification plant for CO2-rich natural gas in Changling gas field was carried out and The operating parameters of the equipment in the actual production process was obtained.The results show that the equipment was in high energy consumption in the actual production.Process simulation for Decarbonization was condected by using Aspen Plus simulation software using using on-the-spot data.3 absorption system models were established aiming at finding which was the best.The simulation results show that the results calculated by the activated MDEA absorption system model were in line with the actual production data.Based on the simulation of decarburization process,some suggestions were put forward by building models.The simulation results show that the total energy consumption was 2.8521×107 kJ/h when the conditions were determined to be semi-lean MDEA flow 19800kmol/h,lean MDEA flow 7797kmol/h.And he total energy consumption was much lower than existing process energy consumption 4.78×107 kJ/h.At the same time,this paper analysed the impact of operating conditions on energy and CO2 absorption rateconsumption in Semi-lean decarbonization process for natural gas.The complexity of the process was analyzed,and the feasibility of the process improvement was verified.In the end of this paper,the heat exchange network was analyzed,and the heat exchange network was redesigned by using the pinch technology and Aspen Energy Analysis.the best design scheme was chosen and othe network internal heat was made full use in this network.The simulation results show that compared with the expected goal,utilities of thermal load is 88.1% and utilities of cooling load is 73.9%;the chief area of exchange is 65.7%;the total cost is 90.4%. |
