With the establishment of the vice-municipal administrative center in Beijing, Tongzhou District is becoming the focus in various fields, in which the premise status of ecological and environmental protection has been repeatedly stressed. In addition, in order to effectively eliminate the city and countryside dual pattern, the regional research with urban-rural integration has more practical significance. With the continuous improvement of RS、GIS technology and the continuous development of comprehensive modern evaluation methods, eco-environmental assessment is improving from the process and the result, in the ongoing optimization, the reliability and usefulness of the evaluation results are improving too. So we build a comprehensive evaluation model for Beijing Tongzhou District which based on RS and GIS technology and make comprehensive evaluation of ecological environment from the urban-rural integration perspective to provide decision-making for regional development planning and ecological and environmental protection. Research results are as follows:1、Through the various types of planning documents、policy and related research achievements, the combination of construction land, traffic land, green space,Riverine wetlands,the four factors can be used as the evaluation index system of ecological and environmental assessment within urban-rural integration. Area index, density index, proximity indicator, contagion index and diversity index performed by landscape indices can be used as indicational data of ecological and environmental assessment.2 、 Through the analysis and comparison of various types of modern comprehensive evaluation, combined with the availability of the data and the purposes of ecological environment evaluation. That the ecological environment evaluation model based on PCA and AHP evaluation,which eliminating data redundancy, improving evaluation efficiency, giving full play to the advantages of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In addition, analysts believe that the evaluation from township and grid scale can be combined with each other to show effective results of the environmental assessment from the urban-rural integration perspective.3、The evaluation results show that the level of ecosystem construction and the development of construction land decreased gradually from west to east in Tongzhou District, with the delivery of degeneration. The township has made some achievements in the ecological environment of urban-rural co-ordination, the uncoordination between ecosystems construction and development of land for construction does not appear. In addition, from northwest to southeast Tongzhou District has formed a number of ecological corridor with good connectivity, the township construction land contiguous no obvious trend. The township government does not highlight the advantages of the construction area and the adsorption effect on the surrounding land for construction, but the main city area of Tongzhou have stronger adsorption effect to the town core built-up areas of Songzhuang, Lucheng and Zhangjiawan.
