Along with the economy developing and the industrialization progressing quickly, the destruction of the environment and ecosystem is more and more serious, the ecological environment problems in urban and rural have already changed into the ecological security problems. But on the other hand, people still have not deeply understood the concept and the theory frame of ecological security. Under the background of urban-rural integration, in this paper the rural area outside of the urban area is included in the research scope from the angle of space integration. By constructing ecological network, nature is taken into the city, the landscape is kept integrate, and the environment is improved. As well as the construction technologies of the patch, corridor, and biological community, the urban and rural’s ecological security pattern is being constructed. The essence of urban and rural ecological network construction is linking the isolated landscape plaques which spread in the city with the belts of ecological corridors. On the drawing board of city we draw a continuous and complete ecological network, which become the natural skeleton of the city, serve for the natural ecology, protect the biological diversity, guide for the urban and rural’s development, and so on.Through researching on the study about the urban-rural integration, ecological security and the construction method and technology of the ecological security pattern at home and abroad, the article puts forward the construction methods of ecological security pattern based on ecosystem services——landscape function network simulation, and puts forward the construction technologies of ecological plaque, corridor, as well as the biological community. On the basis of these, the methods and technologies are applied in Huaibei, Anhui province.Through the analysis of the Huaibei landscape pattern, we found that:from the range of the overall landscape, the number of different land use types’patch is large and the richness index is high, at the same, the situation of landscape fragmentation is serious and the landscape evenness index is not high; from the range of patch, the number of farmland and construction land patch is large, and the shape of them is complexity, except construction land, other natural plaque’s aggregation index is low, landscape fragmentation index is high, and the connectivity of the patches is poor.Besides analyzing the landscape pattern of Huaibei, estimating Huaibei’s ecosystem service value. From the article, we found that the ecosystem service value of waters is highest, and it is15316.0521million, followed by farmland, woodland, garden, and other lands.Using the’Least-cost’modeling to simulate the urban-rural land function network, and to integrate urban and rural ecological network. By comparison with the current corridors, finding problems, and putting forward some landscape pattern optimization strategies:(1) to construct wetland ecological network by using ecological corridors connecting numerous wetland patches in the study area;(2) to improve the uniformity of the city forest’s distribution by increasing the number of the ecological nodes in eastern region;(3) to strengthen the construction of the existing corridors, adjusting their internal structure.Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to layout the ecological patches, how wide of the ecological corridors is good for biology, and how to select and configure the tree species by using some key technologies about constructing the ecological security pattern from the angle of planning, hoping to improve the urban-rural ecological security pattern from meso and micro level.
