Research On Risk Management Of Overseas Oil EPC Project

The development of the world economy has promoted the construction of overseas oil project. In the actual construction process of overseas oil EPC project,the risk events are frequent,and it is urgent to use risk management theory to study it.In this paper,using the traditional analysis method combined with risk management theory and evaluation decision-making mode,studied the overseas oil EPC project risk management, the main work is as follows:(1)For the EPC general contract model is summarized, including the basic concepts and contents, the EPC project construction procedure, management mode and applicable conditions;This paper discusses the characteristics of overseas oil project,definition, content and process of risk management,analyzes the necessity of EPC project risk management;analyzing the relationship between EPC general contract and other projects.(2)By analyzing the traditional method of risk identification,choosing the causality analysis plan method identifies the risk and introducing this method;Through the causality analysis plan method identifies external and internal risk of external and internal risk, building the external and internal risk analysis chart of the overseas oil EPC project.On this basis,building the risk evaluation index system of overseas petroleum EPC project.(3)This paper discusses the FAHP weighting process, empowered the various indicators of risk;This paper expounds the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,constructs the risk evaluation decision model based on FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and applied the empirical study of a certain oil EPC project risk management in Algeria,according to the evaluation results analysis the key control risk factors, and puts forward the concrete risk control measures according to the actual situation of the EPC project in Algeria.This paper takes the risk management of an oil EPC project in Algeria as an example,to study of overseas oil EPC project risk management, and can provide somereference for the construction of overseas oil EPC project.
