| Today, with the accelerating globalization and the gradual lack of resources, mineral resources have become an important bottleneck restricting the economic development of all countries.Countries all over the world have intensified their scramble for mineral resources. The global trend of mining development has emerged. Some countries in the West, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, have more than 50%of their mineral resources development projects overseas.Japan,Singapore and other small resource-starved countries pay more attention to the acquisition of overseas mineral resources, not only in terms of financial input has increased significantly, but also as part of national security strategies. With The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee has gradually established the development strategy of "one belt and one road",and actively carried out political mutual trust, economic cooperation and cultural exchanges with the countries along the line.Under the guidance of the "one belt and one way" national strategy, more Chinese exploration enterprises have made use of this platform and achieved the innovation of business mode and the optimization of asset allocation structure through "going out".With the sustained development of China’s economy and the enhancement of enterprises ’ strength,it has become an inevitable trend for Chinese enterprises to "go out" to explore international mineral resources. However, the complicated international political and economic situation has brought many unforeseen risks along with the development opportunities for Chinese enterprises. Therefore,it is particularly important for enterprises to identify and evaluate the risks existing in overseas exploration projects and take measures to prevent them.Based on the understanding and analysis of mineral geological prospecting abroad and the theory of risk management, this paper describes in detail the definition and process of risk management of geological prospecting projects.Taking the MGT copper mine survey project in Mongolia as an example, this paper analyzes the risks existing in the process of project implementation by means of risk identification method, and evaluates the risks of the project by means of order relation method and grey comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the analysis results. Then, according to the different risks identified, the risk response strategies and measures are put forward, and the risk monitoring is implemented by establishing a major risk early warning mechanism. The significance of this paper is to identify, evaluate, respond to and monitor the risk factors encountered in the implementation of Mongolian exploration projects in terms of technical methods, cultural customs, economic development, environmental protection and political situation, and to guide the actual work with scientific theories and methods so as to minimize, reduce or even minimize the risks as far as possible. It is to avoid the risks in the project, improve the level of risk management of enterprises, and provide reference for Chinese enterprises to better carry out geological exploration in Mongolia. |
