Petroleum engineering risk management involves many areas, departments, and levels, which is a complex, integrated and dynamic management process. And injection station construction project risk management is an important aspects that relates to the work quality and security of the injection station. The construction process of injection station has the features of long cycle, high investment,high technology requirements. The construction is a complex process sand with all unknown factors and uncertain factors. These risk factors directly threat to the implementation of injection station construction project. We must pat attention to the reasonable awareness, analysis and evaluation of risk factors of project construction, Try to avoid and eliminate the impact of risk and loss as far as possible.This paper analyzed the main problems of the project in the early risk management that should be noted based on the introduction of eight No. 1 injection station, divided the risks into social risk, economic risk, technology risk, management risk and natural, selected AHP method as the evaluation method and the risks is divided into main effect factors and secondary effect factors. Then proposed project risk control methods with respects of the establishment of project risk management system and the application of advanced risk management methods, carried out the risk identification and management analysis to the project in the stage of decision-making and the feasibility study and proposed strategies and gives advice to the owners, the constructors and supervisor about the project risk management in the end.
