As the domestic fuel retail market is more open and mature,more and more business operators join the competition.As the low oil prices and oil resources have surged in recent years,the domestic fuel retail market continues to oversupply and the national oil company has more firececompetitions.State-owned refined oil sales companies urgently need to find ways to operate the gas stations that adapt to the actual needs of their respective national and their own enterprise needs through the innovation.This paper will take optimizing and entrusted management of PK oil company gas station as an example,adopt the method of empirical analysis,comprehensive use of document retrieval,investigation and research,data analysis,SWOT analysis,comparative analysis and so on.At the same time,combined with the author’s research on fuel retail market for many years,based on a large amount of actual research,theoretical research and literature reading,this paper deeply analyzes the operating mode and the problems of the gas station.Under the realistic conditions that state-owned enterprises reform has not yet entered the deepwater area fully and mixed-ownership reform has not yet achieved breakthrough progress,how to learn from the operating experience of multinational oil companies in Europe and America to reform the operating mode of state-owned oil companies’ gas stations is an issue.The paper focuses on the practice and effectiveness of entrusted management by PK Oil Company as well as the outstanding problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures so as to point out the direction for the national oil companies to carry out the reform of gas station operationg model,to provide the reference to establish a scientific and rational mode of gas station.As the major multinational oil companies have not adopted this entrusted management model,it is a totally new topic for PK oil company and researchers in the industry.The significance of this paper is that systematically combs the problems and risks of PK Oil Company entrusted management and accordingly puts forward the improvement measures and the development direction.This research can effectively improve the management level of state-owned gas stations,innovation capability,the real release of its market dynamics,and ultimately achieve sustained and healthy development...
